Modern detatched annexe with parking

Walcot Eaves is our modern, self-catering, detached annexe with private guest access and off-street parking. Nestled between Oxford and Swindon, Faringdon is an eccentric historic market town in Oxfordshire. Walcot Eaves is a perfect base for a relaxing Cotswold break or business trip. Faringdon market place is a 5-min walk whilst beautiful countryside is on the doorstep. There are many country walks, local village pubs, the River Thames, and the stunning city of Oxford is only 30-mins drive. The space Cute and cosy, this modern annexe was recently refurbished to a high standard. The living space consists of a well-appointed open-plan kitchen, dining area, small working desk and a sitting room with metal sprung double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The compact bedroom has a comfy double bed, side tables with lamps, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has Wi-Fi, on-demand TV and electric heating throughout. Children are welcome and the annexe has accommodated for this with a high chair, plastic crockery and cutlery, pop-up tent style travel cot, stair/door gate, and toys & books if required. Please let us know if you require any of these items. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the annexe with their own private access. The annexe is above a garage complex with stairs to the first-floor entrance. Whilst we love to welcome guests on arrival, we will give clear instructions on the key location so guests can let themselves in independently. There is off-street parking for at least 2 cars. Guests are very welcome to enjoy our shared enclosed front garden - enjoy a cold glass in the sunshine in the summer months! Other things to note Each welcome pack includes bread, butter, milk, tea and ground coffee to get you started. We have easy access to supermarkets for your top up shop. We have a ground coffee machine for that delicious freshly brewed coffee, plus an induction hob, conventional microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, smart TV with access to a variety of on-demand apps including Netflix (using your own logins). All device instructions are in the annexe, found in the TV unit. Access to a washing machine is available upon request. We are flexible on check-in times (subject to other guests' departures) and kindly ask that you check out by 12noon. We look forward to welcoming you to Faringdon!
