(Cape Town’s of bars and restaurants are situated within 5 min. walking distance). PARKING Please note there is no parking bay allocated to the apartment. There is limited street parking outside the building. KITCHEN + LIVING AREA → Settle down on our comfortable couch and enjoy our uncapped wifi → Smart TV with Netflix. → Fully equipped kitchen → Oven → Dishwasher BED + BATH → Queen size bed with hotel quality linen → The Bathroom is recently renovated and has a walk-in and hot shower COMMUNAL LAUNDRY ROOM One the first floor of our building, you will find coin washing and drying machines. BUILDING The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor from a highly secured (24/7) and clean building. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. **Please note you might hear some music in the nights coming from the bars close to us** LOADSHEDDING As we are on the same grid as the parliament, we are not affected by load shedding. The whole apartment is yours! We will give you your space but are always one message away :) Welcome to the heart of Cape Town. CBD is an eternal mishmash of activity and the very core of the city where all business ventures, social outings, and nightly excursions blend into one. With a diverse range of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, museums, craft markets, shopping malls, and hotels, the Cape Town CBD is the perfect central base from which to explore the Mother City. How to get around? - We recommend you to move around with Uber (especially in the night) rather than local taxi's. - Nearest MYCiti stop: Upper long (2 min. walking distance) - Red Bus Hop on Hop off Long Street on 5 min. walking distance - Cape Town bus station: 15 min. walking distance - Please note we don't have parking facilities. - You might hear some music coming from the bars, in the nights. We have got double glazed windows to block it as much as possible. Please don't book this unit if you're noise sensitive. - the apartment is a self catering unit with no daily cleaning included. We supply 1 towel per person per week. - We ask guests to familiarise themselves with potential environmental issues relating to travel in South Africa and Cape Town, which may fall outside of the control of the host. It is the guest’s responsibility to read into it. These include (but not limited to) unscheduled power outages - load shedding, water shortages, weather & wind conditions, safety and security, local transport, visa requirements, etc. The guest should also look into the neighbourhood they book their Airbnb so they know what to expect.
