I will do everything for your comfortable stay))) The space The guesthouse is located in the center of Tbilisi, in the Saburtalo district, within walking distance of the metro (about 3 minutes) station Technical University and bus stop, you can get to Old Tbilisi and Rustaveli in 10-15 minutes. To the station ( where there is also the largest grocery market in Tbilisi - Dezertir Market), from where trains to Batumi, Armenia and Azerbaijan depart 2 stops by metro or 5 minutes by car. It is very convenient to take a bus from Tbilisi airport, direct bus 37 to the Circus stop, from there you can walk to the guesthouse for 7-10 minutes, I can meet you by car near the stop. There are many different restaurants, cafes, shops, both grocery and many chain clothing stores around the guesthouse, etc. There are several banks, many exchange offices nearby. The guesthouse is located in the center of Tbilisi, in a multi-storey residential building, on the 8th floor in a large spacious apartment with high three-meter ceilings. The total area of the apartment is 170 sq.m. The house has one entrance, there are two elevators. There is a video camera on the ground floor for security purposes, an intercom is also installed, the keys to which you are provided at check-in. Cleaning of the entire apartment, including bath and toilet, kitchen, all other common areas, as well as rented rooms, takes place daily from 12:00 to 16:00.
