Stella Classic 2 bedroom Apartments lie one hundred steps from Caliş beach, offering guests a relaxing beach holiday, perfect for families with children and convenient for Calis resort's splendid amenities. During Covid-19 we're taking extra measures! The space Each apartment is on first or second floor (partial sea views). Each sleeps maximum 5 guests and is fully equipped with all modern appliances, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, towels. All bed linen is included. For holiday lets the WiFi, electricity/gas/water is inclusive in the rental fee. One baby cot can be supplied free of charge - request at time of booking please. Outdoor dining furniture is provided in all apartments. 2 Bedroom apartments are situated two on each floor of Stella Classic block (Two available on ground floor - Book against my separate listing). Each offers American style kitchen-living room with balcony off the kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, each with balcony. The first bedroom has en-suite shower room and inter-connecting beds can make a double or two singles. 2nd bedroom has a double bed. A sofa bed in living room provides the fifth guest's bed. We are 90 metres from Caliş resort beach and all amenities. Calis is a laid-back resort with a natural sand and shingle beach, perfect for relaxing with your family, and at night enjoying its family style entertainment. Guest access You can use entire 70 sq.m. apartment (shared entrance stairs) with its 3 balconies including access to flower-pot garden, sun terraces with BBQ, and the compact swimming pool. Some of our upper apartments have partial sea views from the balcony, subject to availability. Other things to note *Minimum stay can be 4 nights during peak summer periods. During 2020 season, we’d like to reassure our guests:- * Your safety is paramount to us during the Covid-19 pandemic. * We execute the most thorough room cleaning using our Ozone Disinfection Generator after guests check out. In this way we are able to effectively clean all the surfaces inside the room to protect our newly arriving guests. * Our soft furnishings have removable covers which will be laundered frequently. * Sunbeds on our pool terraces will be laid out to permit social distancing. * Hand sanitiser and wipes are readily available in common shared areas. * We work closely with Tourism advisory bodies to follow statutory regulations to protect our guests during their stay.
