Little farmhouse in Doglio

This lovely stone villa is set in the heart of Umbria not far from all the beautiful villages and medieval hamlets of the region. Is positioned in a very quite area but not at all secluded near the villages of Doglio and Montecastello di Vibio. The villa has amazing uninterrupted views of the valley and of some neighbouring villages. The locals in the village of Doglio are very friendly and helpful. Montecastello di Vibio with the smallest theatre in the world is only 15 minutes drive away. The space The house has magnificent views over the valley, a patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ for your convenience. It has two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom also and open plan lounge and kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. In the lounge there is a sofa bed which can accommodate an extra person. The décor is simple but in keeping with the Umbrian country side. If you go in the winter time there is a fire place ( wood can be bought from the farmer) and also central heating. There is an extra charge for cleaning of €100 and a security deposit of €300 to be given to Luciana when you arrive. When you check out Luciana will give you the €300 minus the €100 for the cleaning. Other things to note When you arrive in the village of Doglio you will go to the BAR and be met by Luciana or Franco who will take you to the property and give you the keys. They will also explain how everything works in the house. A damage deposit of €300 is required when you arrive in cash. When you depart there will be €100 cleaning to be paid in cash to Luciana who then will give you €200 cash back.
