Any late of more than 1 hour without prior notice or any check in after 8pm will be charged 20€ per hour The space This beautiful 19 m2 studio is located on the Ile Saint Louis, a historic district known for its restaurants, its beautiful streets and for being a true haven of tranquility. The studio is on the first floor and a half (without elevator) with a small staircase in angle integrated into the studio. To the left of the entrance, you will find a toilet as well as a space with washing machine and dryer. You will also have a kitchen area equipped with quality materials (please be careful when cutting on the work surface) the microwaves will not be availble for the stay, and a dining area or work space, with a beautiful marble table. In addition, we provide a closet for your personal belongings. Separated from the rest by a curtain is the bedroom area with a very comfortable double bed and a television. There is also a bathroom open to the bedroom, with a sink and a shower that gives you a view of the Klein blue of the entrance. We provide a concierge service, breakfast delivery, and a driver for your arrival and return. The access to the studio is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. You have near the studio the bus line 67, stop "Île Saint-Louis" and in about ten minutes on foot, the metro line 7. In addition to its chic and design decoration with a southern feel, the greatest asset of this studio, which has a view on the courtyard, is its location.
