A typical Mediterranean villa recently renovated to enjoy all the comforts in a unique setting, characterized by orange trees, olive trees and vineyards. The location on the outskirts of town guarantees tranquility and allows you to experience the sensations that the environment brings. Just 25 minutes from Valencia and the airport, 5 minutes from the beach and the gateway to the Sierra de Espadán. The space SLEEPING: - Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: 2 single beds and an extra bed (80 cm x 190 cm). - Bedroom 2 on the first floor: 1 bed 150cm. Terrace. - Bedroom 3 on the first floor: 1 bed 150 cm and one single bed. Terrace. - Bedroom 4 on the first floor: 1 bed 150 cm and an extra bed (80 cm x 190 cm). Terrace Guest access Villa with large common areas: - Living room. It has a fireplace, two sofas, and a table that seats 12 people. Direct access to the garden and the two terraces. - Fully equipped kitchen with a professional oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, basic products such as salt, oil, coffee, infusions, milk, spices, sugar, etc. - Barbecue. Located in a covered area attached to the house, with an additional refrigerator. - 2 full bathrooms, with basics such as toilet paper, shampoo and bath gel. - Winery for own wine production.
