Welcome to our beautiful waterfront chalet for 7 persons with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from every room as well as from the terraces and private beach. The chalet is close to the centre and all amenities. Ideal for skiing, hiking, swimming, boats and stand up paddle, climbing, mountain biking and many other fun activities. Chairlift at 10 minutes by foot from the chalet. This is the ideal chalet for a wonderful summer and winter holiday with family and friends. The space On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a toilet and washbasin, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a hot-air oven, a microwave oven, four induction hobs, a large fridge with cold and deep-freeze compartments, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a raclette oven, a fondue oven and a complete set of crockery. Upstairs there is a large bathroom, a separate toilet with washbasin and four bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed, for a total sleeping capacity of 7 people. In the cellar is the laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and baby high chair. Outside there is a large terrace in front of the living and dining room and two additional terraces at lake level. There is a mobile barbecue on the living room terrace and a fixed barbecue on the lake level. Guest access Every room in the chalet is at your disposal, including the outdoor terraces and private beaches giving access to the lake.
