This 4 bedroom 3 bath house is located 2 miles to the Convention Center and the Northern end of the Strip. The open common area is convenient as a work space as well as a hanging out area. We have a 1 bedroom 1 bath Casita in the backyard which we can make available for $95 per night. We welcome guests from all backgrounds. We are 420 friendly. Smoking area in the backyard. NOT A PARTY OR EVENTS HOUSE. IF THAT IS YOUR INTENT, PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE. THE CITY AND AIRBNB WILL SHUT YOU DOWN. Our house is a convenient place for guests attending or presenting at the Convention Center. There is high speed internet with top of the line 5 Ghz WiFi as well as an alarm system with cameras that cover all entrances. It is a big house so it might take a little while for the hot water to get to you faucet or shower. Since the original pictures were taken, we updated some of the furniture. We also added a third sectional table to the common area to provide more table space. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. THE CITY IS VIGILANT AND WILL SHUT YOU DOWN. Guest can access the entire house except for one walk in closet which we use as a storage room for our supplies and equipment. Ned or Kristy will be available for issues that may come up. House is one city block away from a major commercial area with a large shopping mall and lots of restaurants, banks, drug stores, etc. It is easy getting around Las Vegas using Uber and Lyft. The driveway can accommodate four cars and there is street parking, even for larger vehicles. We have additional properties so if this house is already booked for the dates you want, ask us about other options. A few furniture pieces have been replaced since pictures were taken mainly due to damage replacement. The bathtub in bath number two was damaged and replaced with a shower. Las Vegas has started cracking down on so called party houses. One complaint from a neighbor can shut down a house permanently which is very painful for the homeowner and the cleaning crew. Police respond quickly to complaints about loud noisy parties and hand out citations. Unfortunately, we have had houses shut down and guests receive citations for loud noisy and unauthorized parties. If this is your intent, please book somewhere else or party at the Strip.
