Upto 8 Pax The space The price shown is a complete package (for 1 Night & 2 days) for upto 8 Pax (Extra persons will be Chargeable) starts with : Check-in by 11:00 A.M. followed by Lunch, evening Tea/Coffee dry snacks, Dinner and next day Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Tea/Coffee Dry snacks and Check-out by 06:00 P.M. Additional nights after the 1st night is chargeable @ Rs. 1500/= per person per night. Please send us a booking request. Guests have access to the entire ground and first floor villa and all the equipment in it. From the living room to the outdoor lawn, guests can feel at home here. This villa offers a perfect mix of comfort and luxury with its sprawling lawn area and modern interiors. Our guests can also access all the open spaces on the property and the club house facilities. Private rooms with high-end amenities and complete privacy are guaranteed. Living Room - The villa has a spacious living room on the entrance level with an attached Garden and outdoor furniture. - The furniture in the living area is in a classical design. - There is a flat screen TV with a setup box/ Dish TV - The dining area in the living area is ideal for 6 people. - The living area is brightly lit and cheerful with abundant sunlight. - We have Wi-Fi access in the living area. Limited to service in Lonavala which can be erratic at times. - The living room opens up with full French style sliding doors to a garden. It offers an excellent evening sit out space. Bedrooms: - Ground floor comprises of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room overlooking the garden area. - The first floor comprises of 2 larger sized bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a sofa cum bed, along with a common terrace sit out to relax and unwind with the sunset. Pantry: - The villa has a pantry equipped with a refrigerator. - There is no provision for cooking meals in the pantry as all meals are served in our restaurant situated in the club house of the property. Bathrooms: - There are a total 4 bathrooms, 1 common on the entrance floor and 3 attached. All bathrooms are with European style water closets. - The bathrooms are well-lit, modern, well-designed and have hot water storage geysers. - The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. - There are towels, soap, and shower facilities available in the bathroom. Lawn/Garden Area: - The villa has a lawn area which is quite spacious and well maintained. - This large lawn/garden area is suitable for family gatherings. - Campfires can be arranged in the lawn on extra charges. -We also have multiple garden areas all over the property which our guests can access and enjoy. Club House Amenities:- Common Swimming Pool: - After a long day of traveling or sightseeing, there’s nothing like a refreshing dip in the pool - The pool overlooks the garden lawn and the spectacular view of greenery & valleys around. Restaurant - Pure veg buffet style breakfast-lunch-evening tea/coffee with dry snacks, and dinner is included in the price. Additional persons above 8 pax will be charged extra. -The restaurant serves delicious food with a variety of cuisine from specialty Gujrati/ Rajasthani food to Italian, Chinese and continental catering to the local palate. - Jain food options are available for our guests during all meals. -Our meal timings are fixed and guests can drop in between the specified timings for their meals. Kids Play Area -The kids play area is equipped with all the kids friendly slides and swings which they can enjoy. -We also have many provisions for entertainment like board games, cards and outdoor games equipment for guests to borrow from the reception and play anywhere on the premises. Other things to note : - NON-VEGETARIAN FOOD is strictly not allowed in any part of the property, we are very sentimental about this, and it is big NO. We shall not allow it under any circumstances. (Not even packed food) - Maximum of 15 guests can sleep comfortably in the villa by providing extra mattress. Actual number of guests must be informed so arrangements can be made appropriately. - Sometimes there are power outages in Lonavala. We have an inverter and generator on the premises for emergency backup for lights/fans. - There is secure private parking space available within the compound. -Smoking is restricted to balconies and outdoor areas. - Consumption of alcohol is allowed inside the villa but not in common areas. - Consumption of narcotic drugs is STRICTLY NOT allowed inside the entire property. - Music is allowed till 10.00 PM as per government norms after which guests can play soft music to entertain themselves. - Pets are allowed inside the villa. (On extra charges) - Government issued identity proofs are mandatory for all adult persons who are staying at the villa. The caretaker will take a snapshot and send the image to the host. You are requested to cooperate in this matter.
