Family friendly charming apartment near the lakes

Cozy apartment in the attractive Nørrebro just by the lakes. And only a 15 min walk from Copenhagen centrum. A nice and quiet street and building, but just around the corner you will find the most lovely cafes and restaurants. You have your own entrance. The space -Small but family friendly apartment (55m2) on the ground floor (three steps). -Own entrance so you can sit and enjoy your coffee on the staircase. -Typical "nørrebro"-apartment with painted floors and beams in the dining room. -The dining room is open into the kitchen. -Super quiet bedroom out to the yard (which is only used for placing bikes). Here you will also find the cot bed for small kids. -A nice living room with a sofa (can be turned into a sofa bed for two persons). -In the street you'll find a playground and two lovely yards that you are welcome to use. -The kitchen is rather small and not for extensive cooking I would say.
