A spacious contemporary apartment with a large under cover verandah, and private tropical garden. The living area is filled with natural light and looks out to a beautiful and tranquil palm-filled garden. We are located 100m from beautiful Camp Cove Beach and just a 5 minute walk to the Watsons Bay ferry service accessing harbour suburbs and the CBD - just 20 minutes away. If you are attending a wedding or getting married we are a short stroll to all of Watsons Bay's wedding venues. The space Access is via outdoor stairs down the side of the house, through a secure gate leading onto the veranda and garden. Enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed and hotel quality linen. The galley kitchen is equipped with microwave, an electric cooktop, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, plunger coffee & tea pot. A Weber gas barbecue is located on the outdoor verandah. Guest access The garden is for your private use during your stay. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. After a swim or a day on the beach please use the outdoor shower (hot & cold) at the top of the stairs. Other things to note The kitchen larder and fridge is stocked with a selection of delicious breakfast items including fresh baked crusty bread, cereal, muesli, fruit juice & yoghurt.
