Best location ever! See our reviews. We are a family friendly budget Inn with non smoking themed rooms which are all upstairs (Note: NO elevator). There are NO TV's in the rooms, however we have a lounge with streaming TV and a DVD player, and loads of pirate toys and games. We are NOT pet friendly, we suggest Pet Paradise for your boarding needs. As a family B&B we cannot accept Bachelor/ette parties. The space I don't think there is anything else on AirBnb with our location! 50 meters to the Bayfront and 50 meters to the St. George pedestrian shopping street. White Room, Flagler College, and Casa Monica wedding venues are 100 meters away. Within 100 meters in any direction are at least 20 bars and restaurants, so after you park, you do not need to drive. We have refrigerators and a full kitchen available for your use, AND the rate includes our strong coffee and all you can eat Pancakes! We strive to provide a fun and affordable option for families and couples at the lowest cost in the historic district. Free encrypted wi-fi! Free use of our computers! Free breakfast! Free chocolate! If you desire something other than pancakes you can use our kitchen if you bring it with you, or we can direct you to some great local eateries! We offer onsite parking for $15 per night (1 vehicle per room). If you arrive in more than 1 vehicle, we can suggest other parking sites. Guest access Guests have access to our full kitchen as well as the common room which has a PC, toys for kids, a library, and a TV with Netflix. Other things to note Must be able to walk up our flight of stairs, there is no elevator.
