THE WINDOW ON THE LAKE

Our house is a lovely rural house situated in the heart of the village of Viverone with a wonderful view of the lake. It is perfect for a family or a couple looking to get away to relax. The shops in the village and the lake’s promenade are within walking distance and various swimming pools are within 5 minutes by car. The house was converted to be completely independent from an energy point of view in 2023 becoming full electric (EV charger available at 10€ extra daily) CIN: IT096080C2UUKRLFOV The space This is an independent rural house recently renovated to maintain its original character. The house is composed of two floors with two terraces, one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor with a lake view. On the ground floor there are: the entrance with an internal staircase to access to the bedrooms upstairs; the living room with a fireplace and a big leather sofa; a full bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine (towels are available); a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and crockery and cutlery. From the kitchen you can access the covered terrace of 20 m2 equipped with a table and chairs and overlooks the private garden of the house. Upstairs there are: the landing with access to the balcony; the first bedroom has a sofa-bed (double) and a single bed; the main bedroom has a double bed, access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bidet. From the balcony, you can access the covered terrace (30 m2) overlooking the lake which has an outdoor kitchen (without gas burner) tables and benches/chairs. It is a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunset drinking one of the many locally produced wines or you can start the day with an energetic breakfast taking in the wonderful lake view! We provide a camping cot and a high chair for families with babies. The house was designed to enjoy family time and a holiday in complete relaxation so we didn’t installed a TV but there is an unlimited Internet/WIFI connection available in the all house (no fibre yet in the area but router/sim working up to 30 MB/s + various access points in different rooms to offer a good coverage all over the property). To respect the neighbours we ask you to not organize parties that end after 11.00pm. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. As of 2023 it will be possible to charge the electric veichle at the house using the 3KW wall installed EV charge for an extra daily charge of 10€. CIN: IT096080C2UUKRLFOV Guest access To facilitate your stay you have a private carport and a couple of parking spaces in the yard outside the house. There is a ramp to access to the private carport and its access is slightly difficult for large cars but still possible (I was used to park my Grand Scenic 7 places and even my Jeep).
