Kashi Villa2 A British Villa in heart of Kasauli

Nestled in a 8-acre estate, Kashi Villa has two suites on the ground floor and one on the first floor. This listing is for the one on the ground floor. This suite has a more open view of the hills and on a clear day you can see the snowline. This suite has a bedroom and a living room along with a kitchenette. The living room has a sofa cum pullout bed which converts into a queen sized. There is a bukhari to beat the cold giving the place an old world charm. The space This suite is on the ground floor has one bedroom with a living area. The living area also has a pullout sofa which can be converted into a queen size bed and can accommodate 2 kids comfortably. The suite is on the ground floor and has a kitchenette as well. Outside there is a verandah with sitting arrangement and a lawn too. There is a deck in front which has a gorgeous view. The estate is 8 acres all covered with various types of trees and is a bird lovers paradise. You can spot many birds while around the property. You can roam all around the campus barring the areas for the the other villas. There is a badminton court in the campus and a POOL is coming up by the end of March. Guest access Guests have an access to the suite , the verandah outside along with the lawns. They can walk in the estate. We have LED TV with satellite channels and wi-Fi We have a kitchen and its open from 7am to 11pm. All meals are chargeable. From Indian to continental , to chinese to BBQ everything can be done. If you use wood for bukharis the charges are extra. There is a central kitchen where in you can order meals. It’s open 7 am to 11 pm. During your stay We love interacting with guests. Since I live on the same property I am always accessible while maintaining the privacy of the guests. I meet the guests on arrival and inform them about the various places to eat , to trek, shop and more. I am always a phone call away in case of query or otherwise. Other things to note All meals are chargeable and we can do bonfires. We can do laundry too at extra charges. Pets are allowed if they are toilet trained and you need to take them out of the lawns to relieve themselves. We have pets too so they need to be friendly. They cannot be allowed on beds. n Sofas
