House with pool by the river

Family home: 5 bedrooms. Including a dining kitchen and a large double living room with fireplace. The living room opens onto the south-facing garden and is equipped with a large dining table and a BBQ. The house is on the same property (30 ha) as our house, but not attached. The Sarthe flows through the property and offers nice walks. The village is an 800 m walk away. The heated pool (11x5) is only open from mid-June to September. "Noisy" parties prohibited
