The location of this particular unit is fantastic. Located close to so many conveniences. Restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, bike trails, ski resorts and major sites like Hill Air Force Base, the air museum, dinosaur park, Snow Basin ski resort, Lagoon, Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake. It’s only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. It’s just a great location for work or play. For added security, there are security cameras located outside to monitor the entrance & lighted parking area The space This is a one bedroom unit with a bathroom and a kitchenette and living room space combined. The bathroom has a shower only. And it’s not a super large shower. However, it’s new and works well. The shower dimensions are 32" x 32“. There are two TVs both of them are smart TVs and so they will work with Netflix and any streaming service that you have. Roku is hooked up to the main TV. Guest access You will be able to access the property by using a door key code that will be provided to you the day you check in. There is plenty of parking. You can either park on the curb or in the parking lot on the east side of the building. Other things to note Mountain hiking trails are located on 22nd and 36th streets,5- 8 minutes away. The Weber and Ogden rivers are about 8 minutes away. There are three ski resorts near by and they range from 30 to 48 minutes to get there.
