Stone house with character in old town Cavtat

This lovely 3-bedroom stone house with character is located within quiet area of old town Cavtat in a close proximity of the main promenade, beaches, restaurants, bars, grocery shop and all the important amenities. The accommodation would suit a family or group of adults. The house is approached directly from the palm-lined promenade via a flat pathway with a few steps, through a walled entrance with about 10 steps leading into a patio area with nice outdoor furniture suitable for dining. The space From the old town promenade there is a small flight of stairs that leads to the main entrance door of the house which leads to the furnished garden patio. From the garden patio, guests enter directly into an open plan lounge/diner with a fitted partially separated kitchen on one side and a small shower room on the other. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor which features two double bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double), one single bedroom (with a single bed and a single sofa bed/mattress for extra person) and a separate shower room. There is one air conditioning unit on the upper floor.
