This home is features overnight security, and is secured with cameras (CCTV) and an electric fence. Located about 30 minutes from Kotoka Airport, this home provides comfort in a safe environment away from home. The space This is a spacious one-level 3 bedroom home which is completely furnished and air conditioned. For your comfort, there is a water heater in the master bathroom which will allow you to take hot showers. Guest access The entire house. Other things to note Please turn off air conditioners and all lights when not in the home. 50 Ghana cedis ($10) worth of prepaid electricity is included. This typically lasts for at least 3 days. You will need to purchase electricity for the rest of your stay if usage exceeds. 5 GB is included for WiFi. You will need to purchase extra Wi-Fi if usage exceeds Wi-Fi ( usually $10 will last for 3 days depending on usage level). The kitchen stove uses gas, as do most in Ghana. A full amount of gas will be provided upon arrival, but once it’s finished, guest(s) will be responsible for purchasing.
