We enjoy mature trees, well maintained grounds, and a quiet and safe atmosphere away from the fray and noise of downtown. Our home is directly east of the University about 1 mile, depending on what part of campus you target. We are close to Boulder's new Community Hospital campus and about 10 minutes from downtown Pearl St. We are two blocks from mass transit city bus line with racked rental bikes close by in front of the hospital. There is close parking on the cul-de-sac next door, or in front of our home. We are about 10 minutes by car to downtown, or a twenty minute bike ride on the nearby and beautiful Boulder Creek bike path. We are three blocks from local restaurants, liquor store, deli and coffee shop. Our quiet atmosphere and close proximity to Arapaho Ave, the University and Boulder Community Hospital is perfect for patient families, professionals and University visitors. We have hosted many athletic participants and spectators.
