The house is 300 meters from all shops, 9 km from Tunis center, 800 m from the beach and 20 minutes from Carthage Tunis Airport. My house is in a fairly popular neighborhood, so it's quite lively. The advantage of this is that it is close to all the main places in Tunis and it is a suburb.
