Typical historic house dating back to the 1600s, one of the most photographed for the characteristic blue windows that the old Portuguese owner had wanted in memory of her country of origin. The recently renovated apartment is located in a small, quiet and discreet courtyard in the historic center, within walking distance of the most renowned artistic and cultural attractions. Sea and equipped beaches just a 3-minute walk away. The space The apartment is characterized throughout its length by a beautiful barrel vault that recalls the typical architecture of the time. It consists of a bedroom and a bathroom, without windows but no less charming and comfortable, a living room with a kitchenette, a dining room, and a French sofa bed for two additional guests. Guest access The sofa bed can only be used if there is a third/fourth guest. For couples who want to sleep separately, we kindly ask that you let us know when booking and a small additional fee of €20 for laundry costs. Other things to note Before arrival, a photo of each guest's ID must be sent by email/Airbnb for communication to the Police Headquarters as per applicable laws (Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S.). Upon arrival, the payment of the accommodation tax is required (pursuant to resolution of the City Council no. 77 of 03/05/2019) Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. After this time, a €15 surcharge is required. To get to the apartment, you need to leave the car outside the walls in the various paid parking lots, both guarded and unguarded. For guests, we have a pass to park in the blue stripes in the neighboring area, outside the historic walls. The pass will be issued with an obligation to return it at check-out, if lost, €30 will be requested. In some areas of the apartment (mainly double bedroom and bathroom) the mobile phone has no reception but there is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. Please note that only the first roll of toilet paper is provided.
