Your Urban Abode @ Cool Suites (with NETFLIX)

📌 This is a property which is just a few hours away from Metro Manila. It is located at Cool Suites at Wind Residences SMDC, 3rd floor of the midrise building at the back of Tower 5, facing Mahogany Street. It has a balcony but not overlooking Taal view. 📌 My unit can offer a comfortable place to stay, relax and reflect. However it can only accommodate couples and group of two persons at the moment. The space This space does not have the grandiose view of Taal Volcano but you could have access to other facilities where you can enjoy the view and the cool weather. Near places like Robinson's, Sky Ranch, and Primark Center and very accessible to other cafes and restaurants. Unit is basically equipped with : ▪️Double size bed ▪️Air conditioning unit ▪️Mini-refrigerator ▪️32" Smart TV with NETFLIX, PRIMEVIDEO and TV Plus ▪️Fast internet connection (POSTPAID) ▪️Rice cooker ▪️Microwave ▪️Electric kettle ▪️Air Fryer ▪️Shower with heater ▪️Basic dinnerware and utensils ▪️Towels and toiletries As we would like to maintain the smell of our unit, only light cooking is allowed. NO stove and kitchenwares are not provided. Due to the limited floor area, the space could only strictly accommodate two pax. Guest access Guest can have access to the following (with *** is free of charge): -***Basketball court -***Billiards table -***Badminton court 🚘 Parking space with fee: ▪️Outdoor parking - Php30 for the first 3 hours, Php10 succeeding hours and an overnight surcharge of Php300. Please note that open parking is near the clubhouse which requires walking. ▪️Building (basement) parking (multiple entries - first come first serve basis) - Php380 🏊‍♀️ Outdoor and Indoor swimming pool - with charge of P150/pax on weekdays and weekends and P300/pax on Public holiday, payable at Tower 5. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES: 📌OPERATIONS ▪️Swimming Pool Operations is from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. ▪️Pool users are requested to reserve their slot at the reception located at the Clubhouse. None appearance after ten (10) minutes grace period shall automatically forfeit your reservation. ▪️Only two (2) outdoor pools will be opened from Monday to Wednesday. One (1) outdoor swimming pool will be closed for general cleaning. ▪️For weekend guests, please inform us if you need swimming pool vouchers, so we can make arrangements. 📌GENERAL REMINDERS ▪️Take a shower at the designated shower area prior to pool usage. ▪️A person with the following symptoms, e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty in breathing, or any respiratory illness will not be allowed to swim. ▪️No spitting in the pool. Please leave the pool as soon as your time is up. Other things to note 📌 May require a few distance of walk when going to the clubhouse and other buildings/facilities and an uphill climb when going to the main street. Guests may use the elevator in Tower 5 and alight in Upper Ground Level to access the main road. 📌 Due to some unavoidable circumstances, we require a security deposit of Php500, which will be returned upon checkout.
