Sunny warm spacious upstairs apartment with incredible mountain and lake views from the unit and its deck. Extremely quiet peaceful area, one street back from lake, 5 mins drive from town centre. 200m walk to lake for swimming and access to walking/cycling trails. Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as large open lawn space in front of unit building. The space Sun filled lounge with opening skylights, separate bedroom, and bathroom. Kitchenette facilities provided - bench with sink, single induction hot plate , fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Glassware and crockery, pots and pans.Tea/coffee and milk provided. Nespresso coffee pod machine and milk frother. Large french doors opening onto private elevated deck. Heat pump installed for winter warmth and summer cooling. Smart Tv with apple tv for streaming platforms eg Netflix YouTube, Disney and Freeview channels Unlimited free Wifi Large rear bedroom with built in wardrobe. Block out blinds in bedroom. Main bed can be configured as king or split in to 2 king singles.Please state what you would prefer on booking. Single bed with additional trundle single bed underneath provides 2 extra single beds if needed. Note unit sleeps a maximum of 3 adults / family of 4 Feather and down pillows/duvets and premium linen, electric blankets. Children under 16 first child is free. Two children add 1 extra guest fee to booking. Guest access Apartment is on top floor of building separate to main house. You will have private entry through own set of gates and own driveway with plenty of off street parking available adjacent to the apartment. Enough room for 2 cars or truck and boat etc on concrete drive within gates. Note you will need to be able to carry your luggage up the 2 flights of stairs to the unit. Underneath your apartment is an undercover area you can leave skis/ bikes / sports equipment etc. Other things to note I am more than happy to try and accomodate early check in and late check out depending on adjacent bookings - please ask on booking. Please note there is not a laundry in the unit. For stays longer than 2 nights a guest laundry washer and dryer located in the garage beneath the unit can be used upon request - if required please ask for use of the laundry at time of booking and the garage side door access key will be left in the unit for you. There is a Laundrette located at the Caltex Petrol Station in town (5 min drive away). The unit is listed as providing a Kitchenette - not a full kitchen and it is expected that the kitchenette will be used appropriately to reheat food or construct simple meals. It is necessary that no lingering cooking smells are present on checkout - failure to comply may result in extra cleaning costs being charged to you. Pet friendly accomodation. If you wish to bring your pet please ask at time of booking as they do require prior approval. Also please note a friendly small dog does live in the adjacent loghouse and has free range in the section and may come to say hello.
