Based in the City by the Lake, our space is super close to Lake Lewisville and all of the aquatic recreations nearby! Spend your time here to lounge around the lake or to get away from the hustle of the cities! This is a modern and minimal space. You can expect everything underneath the seemingly hidden surfaces. The space — Whether it’s to take a quick retreat and relax to write a novel or lounge and make it a lake day. We got you. — The kitchen has full amenities for you to chef it up or prepare a quick snack for a movie night. Don’t forget to try out the popcorn machine and cotton candy machine for a fun time! — This space was designed for plenty of guests to get away from the city and have a wonderful time de-stressing. Guest access Kitchen: — We have a fully functioning kitchen with a microwave, stove, toaster and oven. My home is your home. Please feel free to whip up and snacks or host a whole 5 course meal. We have plenty of appliances and supplies in the Pantry. Living/Dining Room: — We have plenty of games, throw pillows as well as other accessories such as charging docks and entertainment conversion cords. — You will have access to the cotton candy and popcorn machines, refills are inside the pantry. Bedrooms: — There will be extra bedding and supplies for the sofa beds as well as the bedrooms themselves. — If things are moved from the rooms, please help my by putting them back. Laundry: — Please feel free to use our laundry machines. I will provide both scented/unscented detergent and bleach. — There is also an iron, a steamer and ironing board in the laundry area. Parking: — There is ample space in the front as well as in the driveway. Other things to note — There is no smoking on the presmises at all. There will be a $300 fee for deep cleaning and you will be asked to leave if found smoking. — For monthly stays longer than 21 days there will be a required $400 security deposit processed through Airbnb. 72 hours upon checkout, a fully eligible refund will be processed upon inspection of the home. — Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM as this is a quiet neighborhood. — There are two cameras on the outside of the property to monitor and assist with check in. There are absolutely no recording/camera devices inside the house to respect your privacy. — Lastly, I am super excited to host you but please do remember that this is a house and not a hotel.
