Downtown Burbank home clean and convenient

Welcome to my home (yes I live here). This clean and comfortable 2-story 3b/3b townhome is located blocks away from America's Media City downtown Burbank. One or two rooms on 2nd floor with washer/dryer and bathroom. bright and airy with a balcony. Pingpong table and foosball for a fun time at home! Walk to Burbank mall in 5 mins! Please note that parties of 2 are expected to book 1 room. If you can't share a room please book for 3 guests so both rooms are available. Thanks! The space A small grocery store is on the corner if you wish to cook food. Guest access Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry (pls use before 10pm) During your stay I live here and I'm around all day now that I've been working from home since COVID. Feel free to holler if you have questions. I'm also happy to advise on things to do and see in LA. I'm usually in my room when I'm here. I don't really watch TV but you are welcome to utilize anything in the living room for entertainment during your stay here.
