This home is best suited for families and friend groups, looking to spend quality time together. FOOD Home-cooked, Three Meals - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at INR 1600 per person (inclusive of GST). Two Meals - Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner - 1,200 per person (inclusive of GST). One Home Cook & Resident home-keeper Chief of Guest Relations (available on call) Bonfire in the private lawn BBQ Veg Meal - 1,200 per person (inclusive of GST). BBQ Non Veg Meal - 1,800 per person (inclusive of GST). In case you wish to avail the kitchen for self use there is a cost of INR 5,000 Per Day. Please note these are homes that are professionally run. In case you have any maintenance or house keeping needed during your stay, please reach out to the guest relations and we shall tend to it as soon as possible. Guest access ☆ The guests have an access to the entire house ☆ The home has a private entry. Two cars can be parked in the driveway inside. Upon entry, you need to go up one flight of stairs to access the main living room. Other things to note House Rules : with Pet Friendly Villa's  A gentle reminder of our Home Rules. They are for your safety and comfort. Request you for an acknowledgment. 1. The number of guests should not exceed the count mentioned at time of booking, at any time during the stay. Please inform about any travelling staff too. 2. ID’s of all guests to be given as the booking is confimed. 3. Food orders must be received by 3.00 PM the previous day, to allow for procurement of fresh supplies and preparation time. Food menu has nominal prices per person, the guest relations will share with you. 4. We suggest that dinner be served by 10.00 PM at the latest. For late service, food can be made available in casseroles. 5. Parties, loud noises and music that disturb neighbours is not permitted 6. Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals' 7. Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. are not permitted 8. No smoking indoors & check if the villa is suitable for pets ( there are pet rules and a security deposit of INR 5000). 9. Arrival 2.00 PM and Departure 11.00 AM 10. INR 10,000 Refundable deposit mandatory for all bookings before arrival. 11. All male staff (drivers, PSO's) sleep arrangements can be made outside, at a nominal cost, and are not permitted to stay in the villa. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you. 12. It is strongly suggested that all F&B for male staff be arranged outside to avoid pressure on your home kitchen and challenges during your meal service.
