Built in 1914, located in the historic district a few blocks from Caterpillar's , OSF, Methodist Hospitals, Bradley University, downtown Peoria, the Civic Center & Riverfront. Bus service is on the corner. I live in the home and have my practice here so I usually host professional working people, not partiers or one-night stands. This listing is bedroom #1 king size bed with futon. There is a dog and cat that live inside. The space If renting this bedroom, you will have 1 king-size bed and a futon. A portable twin bed. Therapeutic massage is availableupon request. It is $80 an hour. Guest access Three guest rooms available with access to the bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom is individually booked. Guests will have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room and outside patio. Wifi access. During your stay Owner is available during your stay to help with any arrangements. Other things to note Always park in front of the house or on Hamilton St. and you will be given a parking pass to allow you to stay in the neighborhood.
