Since 2006 I’ve been blessed to host great ppl. Thank you!! House is duplex! 3 King BR & 3 Bath. 2 master baths w/60” showers & 1 w/dbl sink vanity. *BASEMENT ADD FEE - BR #4, 5 & 6 ALSO Baths #4 & #5 The Heart of the Beautiful Black Hills: 20 mi to Mt. Rushmore. 30 mi to Hill City. 20 min to Sturgis; 40 min to Crazy Horse & Custer. Deadwood, Spearfish, Hot Springs & Badlands are 1 hr. 1 mi from downtown, shopping/movies & Mall. Lots of beautiful hiking trails cls. Bike path in frt of house. The space 3 King BR & 3 Bath 1,500 sq ft vacation rental space for your group. PLUS an additional 1,500 sq ft gaming areas, which includes: pool table, ping pong table, foosball, a soft tip dartboard (pls bring your own darts) & hot tub. House has central air, full laundry, full kitchen, coffee pot, Keurig, tea kettle, ice maker, toaster, blender, air fryer & microwave. Dryer MAY still be on at check in with last load of towels. House is a duplex with separate entrances & different door codes: main floor with full basement. The guest area is the whole main floor. I stay in the basement. Sometimes I have a roommate. (or my son as roomie) Once in awhile I have a friend or family member(s) stay with me in bsmt while they are visiting the area. Neighbors are usually pretty quiet. Don’t hesitate to tell me if not. Sorry I cannot accept pets at this time since my son's dog is on the property. *Basement has an additional 1-3 bedrooms (In photos BR #4, #5 & #6) & 1-2 bathrooms (In photos Baths #4 & #5) may be available for an ADDitional fee. (I stay in bsmt also) Bsmt is 5-10 degrees cooler than upstairs. Msg me for details. **No illegal drugs may be brought on property. Hot tub is a 1996 model so unfortunately I can’t guarantee that it’ll be working, but I do my best:) If you have any questions or concerns on anything, please call anytime!! I can’t fix or clarify anything if I don’t know :) **Ring Doorbell at front door (only records few seconds while you approach door or leave thru door)** *** Friend, family, roommate may be staying in bsmt with me. Call or text if you have any questions! *** I prefer to meet guests to check in & show around when possible. I text all pertinent info including door codes; which is only 4 digit # when I check you in. Only 1 code (4 digits) since it’s same code for BOTH doors!!!!!! “Welcome” pages on fridge or microwave….. Please Read !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😊 Guest access Guests have access to front porch, back patio with Fire pit and gas grill, garage, pool table, hot tub, dart board, foosball and ping pong table. My home is a cross between a bed and breakfast and a vacation rental. At this time I do have some personal items, pictures, and Knick knacks upstairs. If you can give me atleast an hour notice before you'll be checking in that helps me a lot so I can meet you to show you around, since I have a regular full time job.. * If anyone in your group has ANY special circumstances, pls let me know. This would include anyone being afraid of dogs, please give me a heads up. Thank you **Thermostat works best set at 70 all year. If possible, please leave on 70, esp in summer/warm months so central air unit doesn’t freeze up & quit working. There are extra blankets and fans for your individual comfort.
