Balcony door for fresh air and also rooftop garden, “Newtown Mews” (3km from Sydney CBD ) sets the standard for boutique apartments and is just 2 minutes away from the Newtown train station (1 stop to Central Station). Mews is located on the 2nd floor of a small walk up (ie no lift) complex of 20 apartments set around an internal garden atrium. Mews is designed down to the last detail for your comfort and privacy. You can relax on the 2.5 seater sofa and enjoy the large flat screen TV. Mews features a full kitchen (with superior appliances and a full size fridge). If cooking isn’t your preference, indulge in the many cafes and restaurants footsteps away on Enmore Rd and King St. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a designer Japanese screen which easily slides across the room. AC is reverse cycle to ensure a comfortable temperature. For those light sleepers, an electronic external shutter is installed to the sliding balcony door. This shutter can be left up (out of view) or down for light & sound control.
