Description
* cozy cottage * 2 log burning stoves * Smart TV * Free WiFi * Dog Friendly * Pretty garden with Views * Cycle lockup * close to lovely beaches and countryside * Ideal touring location * No extra cleaning charge The space Roseneath is a quaint and cosy village cottage, tastefully decorated and well equipped for four people. The sitting room has two comfy sofas, a wood burner and smart TV. The dining room has another wood burner and a selection of games and books. There is a bright modern bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. The sunny kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine. It has access to the garden and views to Screel. Upstairs are two charming bedrooms, featuring panelling and quite low coombed ceilings. The south facing cottage garden is crammed with flowers and the humming of bees. There are various seating areas and a shed to store bikes Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and garden. There is a pend which is shared and through this there is an additional access to the private garden. Other things to note There is a small pond which is uncovered and unfenced so care must be taken with young children. We have no high chairs, cots or stair gates as there is limited storage so you must bring your own. The landing at the top of the stairs is very small and could cause difficulties for those with mobility issues and please be aware the combed ceilings in the bedrooms are quite low. We are happy for you to bring your dog but please make sure it is not muddy before entering. I do the cleaning myself and do not charge extra for the service. I have provided plenty of dog blankets in the coffer and we ask that you cover the sofas with these before allowing your dog to jump up. Please also don’t leave your dog alone in the house.
