For restful sleep, there is a cozy bed (1.60 m) at your disposal. The bathroom with daylight offers a bath and shower. You have your own terrace with garden at your disposal. The space The apartment has its own entrance and a key box guarantees a flexible and independent arrival. The apartment is on the outskirts of the city of Rottenburg. The nature reserve is just around the corner. You can enjoy the tranquility in the middle of nature! The private terrace with garden is beautiful! Here you can (if the weather is good) have breakfast, enjoy a cozy barbecue evening or count the stars on clear evenings. There is a barbecue, loungers, tables and garden chairs for the outdoor area. At the same time, the apartment is also close (about an 8-minute walk) to the city center of the beautiful city of Rottenburg. Here you can eat, shop and stroll very well. Or maybe row a boat on the Neckar in summer? You don't need a car and can also stroll home comfortably after a cozy dinner in the city with a good glass of wine. The location is ideal for anyone who likes to walk, hike, run, cycle or make excursions from here, for example to Tübingen, Swabian Alb, etc. On your doorstep are many beautiful circular trails, hiking and cycling trails. It is good that the large bus station is also only about 8 minutes from the property. In summer the apartment is nice and cool! But all those who love the sun can relax outside in the sun lounger or in the shade under the chestnut tree or apple tree. The short distances to the refrigerator are good in summer :-) For cyclists: To ensure that your bicycles are also well "looked after", there is a covered parking space for your bikes. For drivers: Of course, there is a free parking space for your car. By the way: the TV is swiveling: you can watch TV from the dining couch as well as from the bed. Other things to note Important to know: The apartment is surrounded by nature and it is very quiet overall. Sometimes, however, you can hear children playing from the nearby school during school hours on weekdays. This is especially true during the breaks in the morning and early afternoon. In the afternoon and evening you can enjoy the silence of nature :-)
