The two-story villa has a host of upmarket finishes including an mcm lounge, oak dining table, smart appliances, new bedding and sheer linen curtains. The space A very easy flowing two-story layout with abundant natural light, cross-flow ventilation, louvered windows, and large sliding doors to pick up the daily sea breezes. There are three double bedrooms, with a gorgeous east-facing main that enjoys stunning sunrises, oceans views, 16ft ceilings, walk-in-robe, ensuite, day bed, study desk, and balcony. The second bedroom on ground level has a queen bed and built-in robes while the third bedroom has three single beds for flexibility. The combined kitchen, dining, and lounge area is well-appointed with very comfortable and stylish furnishings and smart appliances. This space opens to a private deck with outdoor dining, day bed and BBQ. There is also a secondary break-away space on the second level with smart TV and bean bags, which is ideal for kids. The property has reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout along with ceiling fans but it picks up lovely ocean breezes to remain temperate. There are no properties positioned in front of the residence just a mixture of palm and native trees before the ocean. Regularly used by the owners as their luxury holiday beach house you will find the property is extensively fitted out for rest and relaxation. The space is suitable for couples or families with a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children. This is not a residence for parties or private functions. Guest access All surfaces, including bench and tabletops, light switches, remotes, and door handles will be disinfected on every clean. Extra attention will be paid to high-touch areas including internal door handles, cupboard handles, fridge, and appliance handles. Hospital-grade and/or commercial-grade disinfectants are being utilised on all bathrooms and toilets. Linen/laundry services and processes have been revised with heightened hygiene standards and extra vigilance applied to all linen laundered. Any staff with cold and flu symptoms will not be permitted to attend this property ensuring that your health will not be compromised. Other things to note We have a bbq for your use but please clean it after use or otherwise there is a $50 charge.
