Rental unit in Milan

The room is located in a beautiful fully renovated apartment very close to the Darsena. It has a queen size sofa bed, a table and a 42"tv. Private bathroom (not attached) with shower only for the guests of this room, use of the fully equipped kitchen (shared with the other room) and a quiet balcony. The apartment has another room which might be also occupied during your stay. Please respect common areas and silent times. The space The building is very nice, with a garden and a doorkeeping service during the day. If you are really too tired to do a little bit of exercise, or if shopping was a bit wild, an elevator is available to reach the second floor. You will be welcomed by a lively flat, fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The bathroom is used exclusively by the guests of this room (the owner has a separate bathroom). There is a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is a laundry room with an additional sink and the washing machine. ***The use of the washing machine is included for stays longer than 1 week. In the other cases, we will ask to contribute to the expenses with 5 euros for each wash. ***A/C is available during summer months (June, July and August) and when the temperature rises above 27°C. In all other cases a contribute to expenses (5€) will be requested. Since we try to limit our impact on the environment and to avoid misuse of the A/C which requires a high consumption of energy, there is a penalty for the incorrect use of A/C (e.g., leaving the windows open while the A/C is on or leaving it on while you are not at home) starting from 10 euros a day. This will partially refund the electricity bills and partly be devolved to a CO2 compensation fund. The use of the kitchen and the laundry is shared with the owner or with guests in the other room. The access of people not included in the Airbnb booking into the apartment should be previously discussed with the host.
