Our house has two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a pullout couch in one of the bedrooms, that room alone can easily sleep a family of four. Our upstairs master bedroom has its own little balcony. Skylights provide wonderful, additional light in each bedroom. Living room is quite big with a comfy sectional couch and plenty of seating. Grab a book, listen to some vinyl or grab a board game. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, baking oven, microwave. Cabinets are stocked with plenty of glass- and tableware. Our dining area seats six comfortably, and a large porch with outdoor dining for up to eight. Gas grill on premises. Our two full bathrooms have just been completely remodeled and tastefully designed. The house is fully winterized, with an electric heating system that provides a cozy heat, a pellet stove adds even more atmosphere. Enjoy the large and open space of our property, our creekside reading deck, or the outdoor fire pit. The house is only minutes from Callicoon, where you will find restaurants, antique shops, a movie theater, community center, playground, and the Delaware River. Nearby swimming, fishing and state park. For runners and cyclists, opportunities are awesome.
