Guest access The Residence has all rooms elegantly cared for both in the details of the furniture and in the restoration of modern architectural elements. All rooms are bright with double glazing and soundproofing. All rooms are equipped with a private internal bathroom with a glass shower, hairdryer, 40-inch full HD TV with Wi-Fi, heating, independent air conditioning and kettle. In the surroundings of the Residence you will find magnificent bars and pastry shops for excellent breakfasts, restaurants - bistros, wine bars and pizzerias open until late. Other things to note The property is a few meters from the "Ottaviano" metro stop. A few meters from the property in the Lepanto, Ottaviano and Piazza Risorgimento area there are the main bus terminals and taxi stations. The property can also be easily reached by car. Street parking on white stripes is always free, otherwise on blue stripes it is free from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and during the day (from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) it costs €1 per hour or €4 for 8 hours.
