House in a quiet village with a fantastic view

The newly renovated house at 530.m altitude is suitable for winter and pleasantly cool in summer. It is located in the medieval village of Roccatederighi and has a wonderful view of the Maremma, the sea and the islands of Gilio and Elba. You will live in a quiet, charming surrounding. Local shops, a supermarket, restaurants, small bars are only 5 minutes to walk. There are many walking trails around, a beautiful lake only 20 minutes by car and you can also reach the beach by car in 40 minutes. The space There are two bedrooms: Bedroom No. 1 has a queen-size bed, a magnificent view and a directly adjoining open-plan bathroom. Bedroom No. 2 has a special view of the viallge, a king-size bed and a single bunk bed. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. The beds are a Swiss natural product, washable and offer maximum sleeping comfort. In the light-flooded house with high ceilings, the following rooms are available on two levels (approx. 150 m²): Entrance Hall, living room with open fireplace, modern kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer), indoor balcony and outdoor balcony. The ecological energy supply of the house (wall and floor heating, solar water treatment system) offers a cozy living atmosphere in summer and winter. A free car park is available below the accommodation (5 minutes on foot). After consultation If you are travelling by car, a transfer to the house is possible. This also applies if you arrive in the city centre by bus. Bicycle and motorbike parking spaces can be provided if required. If you are travelling by train or plane, a transfer is possible by arrangement. The house is suitable for one or two families with a total of up to six people.
