Local gym 5 mins walk open from 6 am to 23 pm. Port Grimaud and Marines de Cogolin are 15 minutes away with their sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and bars. Sailing and Stand Up Paddle board regattas in St Tropez in late September- October.
