Les Gîtes du Chaix is located in a quiet and green environment in the heart of Vienna, just a 5-minute drive to the Futuroscope Park. Set in one of the adjoining and independent towers of our 1850 mansion, this cottage is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people and the possibility of adding a folding crib. Pets: allowed. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, go hiking and discover this beautiful region. The space THE COTTAGE IS ON 2 LEVELS AND INCLUDES: On the ground floor: - A small equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, Tassimo, filter coffee machine, small appliances, etc.) - A sofa bed (2 single beds of 90 x 190) in the living room area with TV. - A toilet Upstairs you will find: A beautiful master bedroom with 1 large 160 x 200 bed. Two sinks and electric towel dryer with large shower. There is also a heated and sheltered swimming pool from June to the end of September that will delight young and old. The pool is not supervised and children are therefore under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. On-site security: Closed enclosure and barrier at the entrance to the pool. The facilities are to be shared between 2 cottages, so the pool is not private. But also a play area for young and old: petanque court, playground, swing, slide, trampoline, ping pong table… Free WiFi. Pets allowed. Free parking, barbecue, plancha… Guest access Dissay, our town is home to a very beautiful castle, and our region is known for the richness of its Romanesque churches. Nearby, you will also discover many activities: - 5 minutes from the Futuroscope, - 1 hour from the new Center Parcs, - 15 min from the Moulière forest with its horse riding activities, pony club, mountain biking - 5 minutes from the St Cyr leisure center: sailing, pedal boating, swimming, Aquazone... - 5 minutes from the Haut Poitou golf course, - 30 min to La Cité des Aigles and the Chauvigny rail bike, - 1 hour from La Vallée des Singes in Romagne, - 40 minutes from La Cité des Dragons in Civaux - 45 minutes from Dienné amusement park, - Le Puy du Fou and La Rochelle less than 2 hours away, - but also superb cultural places to visit... Other things to note Upon arrival, a certificate of discharge of liability and use of the pool, with the house rules are to be signed. Two security deposits (€300 for accommodation/€50 for cleaning) will also be requested upon arrival and destroyed after your departure if no damage is found and the cleaning is done. Possibility to rent sheets (ask for rates). Possibility of charging an electric vehicle (billing will be based on the kWh consumed thanks to an electric electricity consumption meter). Cleaning is not included in the rental rate (ask for the rate): you can do it yourself. You will find everything you need for cleaning on site to make the cottage as clean as it was when you arrived.
