Regulated by the LAU (requires a contract and a reason for a temporary stay). First floor: Spacious living/dining room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and full bathroom. 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom and full bathroom. Includes a covered parking space with direct elevator access. Your perfect temporary home in La Val d'Aran! The space Accommodates up to 6 people. Distributed over 2 floors. On the main floor there is a large living room - dining room - with a beautiful view of the valley, with access to a balcony, a 100% equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, one of them with direct access to the balcony and a full bathroom. Upstairs we find a large room and a large full bathroom. The parking space is covered in the same building. Basic Items You Will Find in the Apartment: Towel/Bath Mat for Feet, Hand Soap, Hand Dishwashing Soap, and Toilet Paper. Guest access - The rental includes Wi-Fi connection during your stay. - The reservation does NOT include bed linens and towels. If you need us to set them up, there will be an extra charge of €20/person. The beds measure: 135x190 for the double beds and 90x200 for the single beds. Other things to note Bed linens and towels: The linen service has an additional charge of €20 per person and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Contract formalization and documentation: As this is a seasonal rental regulated by the LAU, after confirmation, the temporary lease agreement must be signed, and the National Identity Documents or Passports of all occupants and proof of the reason for the temporary stay (work, studies, ski season or long-term vacation, etc.) will be required, in accordance with current regulations. Cleaning and prevention policies: We take the hygiene of our homes very seriously. In our apartment, we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of the apartment using virucidal products approved by the Health Authorities before your arrival. Complimentary products: For preventive reasons and because this is a seasonal residential accommodation, you will not find any shared-use complimentary food products such as oil, salt, vinegar or sugar in the house.
