In addition to one bedroom with a new Queen bed, the space has an office with new single futon and a kitchen/living room with a double futon. You can pick veggies or flowers from our large organic garden. Guest access Guests will have their own private quarters with full kitchen with stove, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker (and coffee). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, cooking implements, olive oil and some spices. We have fresh herbs growing outside the door that you are welcome to. We would love to have you join us on the deck for a sunset or will respect your privacy if you wish. We offer covered storage for your toys (bikes, boats etc.) We are located within 1/2 mile of the Champlain Bikeway. A public boat access is 1/2 mile down the road for both Lake Champlain and Otter Creek (also great fishing from these spots!). Button Bay State Park is 1 mile away and has a large pool with water slide and nature trails. The area is perfect for families. Basin Harbor Resort is 1.5 miles away and has a golf course, fine and casual dining and a Maritime Museum. Other things to note Although we offer a peaceful, tranquil space there is a lot to do. The City of Vergennes, perched on Otter Creek Falls, is 6 miles away and offers many shopping and dining options.
