Seconds from the sea with Sea view Newly Refurbished Kazzie Island Home 🌴🐚🐠 The space We are opening up our Kazzie homey to those charmed by our homeland Kastellorizo, as much as we are! It's our island home, primarily for own use. Hence, it carries all our love and attention to detail, as we have thoroughly crafted it to our own need for luxury, warmth, convenience and good island vibes! What we value (& you will likely value too): - Direct sea access: two steps from the sea at Mandraki. A few minutes walk to the most well-known swimming spots of the island (eg. Sfagia). Also super convenient if you want to be picked up by sea taxi to go to Ai Giorgi and Plakes. - Situated in the most quiet (& idyllic in our view) part of the island - Mandraki - an easy 5 min walk from the centre, but in a more serene landscape, far from the noise of tavernas and bars. - Newly rennovated: we have just completed a major refurbishment, so all furniture and design elements are brand new, modern and hardly used. - It maintains the traditional Kastellorizian style of semi-detached, 2-floor house. The two bedrooms (upstairs) are separate from the living/kitchen area (downstairs), offering privacy and tranquility to guests. - Outdoor space: we LOVE sitting outside that's why we made it cosier, by adding a large swinging chair and a chaise-longue. We also have an adjustable tent right in front of the entrance to make it easier to maintain the shadow, as the sun moves throughout the day. - Two Balconies (beyond the large outdoor entrance space & patio): one in front of master bedroom with even better sea view, plus another one within a tree foliage in the 2nd bedroom (excellent during afternoon time, as it's always cooler). - Working space with view: It was our dream to have a desk with sea view, so we placed a modern, big desk right in front of the window for you to read and (hopefully not!) remotely work. - Wi-Fi connection: Trust us on this! We have turned the world upside down to bring internet connection to this spot. Whether for streaming or simply social media use, we have tested it and it works great. We have installed signal boosters to strengthen the signal upstairs too. We are actually very proud of it cause the island truly has mobile connection problem and unless you seek seclusion and total peace, it actually feels great having internet at home! (I mean how we will keep up with hashtag #Kastellorizo) - Two bathrooms: 1 main bathroom (upstairs), plus one WC (downstairs) to maintain good interpersonal relations of our guests! haha - Outdoor Shower: We actually love having shower right after swimming so we installed an outdoor shower. Beyond that we try to economize in water as much as possible, given the big shortage of water the island faces (sadly...) - The Coffee Machine: As genuine coffee-snobs, we think that if it's not Nespresso, it's not coffee! So, we have an espresso machine, plus a milk frother. - Large TV, Radio plus sound system to connect your personal device on! We also have 2 TVs in both rooms upstairs. - Blinds & Curtains, for you to choose the extent of sunlight that makes you feel comfortable. - All the utensils, bed linen and towels you might need.
