Cocody studio // close to the beach

Welcome to the COCODY studio located on the ground floor of a townhouse in the historic center of the medieval village Canet-en-Roussillon, quiet area, a few minutes from the seaside by car (+- 6 minutes). The window floods the light space in the morning. Private front door... the FIBER at 476 Mbits second... load a movie in 1 minute 30 seconds. NOTE: The studio sleeps a maximum of 2 (+ infant). STRICTLY NON-SMOKING BICYCLES and no PETS allowed in the studio. The space The kitchen is filled with cooking utensils including 2 traditional Senseo coffee machines. It has two hobs, a sink with 2 faucets, one of which is very pure filtered water for drinking and cooking, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer accepting vanilla-chocolate ice cream. The sleeping area has a bed in 140 x 190 format with a latex mattress, a slatted bed base, 1 bed cover. Pillow cases are provided. You must bring your own linens or rent them for both €20. The bathroom includes a 90 x 90cm shower, a piece of furniture with 2 drawers and sink, 1 toilet. Towels and 1 shower outlet mat provided. Guest access The Cocody studio will be at your disposal. You have complete access to all the elements that make it up.
