The backyard is private and offers a secluded retreat to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails under twinkling patio lights. Perfect for enjoying a meal al fresco, grilling out or enjoying a local beer. We have a charcoal grill for your game day (or anytime) use! Plenty of common space to accommodate large groups, with 50” flat screen TV equipped with built in streaming devices and Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked to make everything from coffee to preparing a large meal with your friends. Our guests can expect to sleep well with luxurious linens, sheets and super comfortable mattresses. The bedrooms are spacious and include a king, queen, and full bed. The downstairs seating area has a futon/sleeper sofa that pulls out to a bed. Bonus common area features a large room that is fairly empty, so feel free to bring air mattresses to accommodate your sleeping arrangements…or your snoring husband;) Our house can comfortably sleep 6 (on 3 beds + there is a sleeper sofa), but tons extra room for people to camp out if need be. (But please no large party groups) Disclosures -Handicap accessibility - There are steps to get into the front door and a split level staircase inside. Showers have a tub to step into -Maximum nightly rate shall not exceed $1,000 -Automatic ice maker is deactivated per city licensing rules and regulations.
