Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Here you will find bespoke shopping, restaurants along with the historic Priory. The space After a busy day exploring, the gardens at the house offer a peaceful haven to relax and watch the ever changing view. It is between the months of April to September that ospreys can be watched fishing directly in front of the house. A truly wonderful spectacle! The spacious apartment contains a full kitchen. The comfortable lounge has french doors opening to the gardens and Firth views. Sky TV including the Movie Package, Radio and Bose speaker are all included for your enjoyment. The large bedroom has a king size bed and double wardrobe. Ironing board and iron provides. The bathroom features a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Luxury toiletries and bath robes are provided. Guests have exclusive use of “The Bothy”. This is a quiet place only steps away from the apartment. Heated by a log burner, it is a cosy retreat to relax. There is a DAB radio along with a “Bose” speaker for your choice in music. Once inside you will feel far away from the world. There are a selection of games including cards, connect 4 and Jenga. The Breakfast Package includes: Wholemeal loaf Orange juice Tea/Coffee Selection of cereals Milk Preserves Butter. Guest access All spaces within the gardens. There are numerous quiet seating areas and two with tables suitable for eating. The use of disposable barbecues are allowed. There is a convenient area set out for this near the apartment. Other things to note The main gate to the house must be kept shut as our dogs do not have any road sense.
