Convenient to downtown/beach/Shem

Stay with us and enjoy a loft room with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and private bath in the charming Groves area. We're ten minutes to downtown Charleston or the beaches, and a short walk to Shem Creek. Enjoy our sauna or pool. We have two very sweet dogs, Walter and Peanut who enjoy having human and canine visitors. They will be happy to let your vacation be about playing with them, but if you are not dog people, we can easily keep them separated. They love the fenced-in back yard. The space Stay with us in our home and enjoy a roomy loft bedroom with king-sized bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom in the charming Groves area of Mount Pleasant. We have a spacious house with hardwood and Tennessee slate floors. For larger parties (more than 2 people), we have an additional room on the ground floor, with queen-sized bed and closet that may be available. Please send inquiry if you are interested in the additional room. It is possible the additional room may be rented out to other guests. In the warmer months, relax on the back porch or take a dip in the pool. And on those rare colder days, hangout by the fireplace or enjoy our sauna! We have off-street parking and an enclosed back yard. Guest access Guests will have access to common living areas, TV with streaming services (in the living room), kitchen, dining room, screened porch, backyard, pool (in the summer), sauna and garage gym. Wireless internet and washer/dryer is available. Coffee and tea will be on-hand, as well as fresh fruit (usually berries, but may vary seasonally) and pastries. Feel free to utilize plates, utensils, etc. Guest robes also available. During your stay You can have as much privacy as you want, and we want you to be comfortable in our home. We’re happy to give recommendations for restaurants or seeing the sights. We are happy to answer any questions you have before and during your stay. We primarily work from home, so we are readily available if needed, and if we are not here, we are available by cell phone. Other things to note Tourism brochures are available and there is also a visitor's center at the waterfront park nearby.
