Bohemian life on the 5th floor without an elevator! Charming studio with mezzanine under the roofs with floor tiles, consisting of an entrance, a living room with fireplace overlooking a small open kitchen with bar; a bedroom for two people in the mezzanine and a bathroom with a small bathtub and daybed. Don't be surprised, this isn't a "hotel" apartment because I live there year-round. The space It's a very personal little corner. It is on the 5th floor (last) without elevator access. You will not find a TV, large dining table or high bed, or dressing room, but books, an Italian coffee maker, small coffee tables in front of the fireplace, a 140 by 200 mattress on the mezzanine which is low where you do not stand up but bend over, books, a corner to hang your clothes in my wardrobe and above all you will find a lot of charm and calm in a very lively neighborhood at the foot of Rue des Martyrs, shopping street (restaurants, fishmongers, bakeries, cheese factories), and you can stroll on foot between Opéra (beautiful to visit) and Montmartre, Sacré Coeur, Les Abbesses. Guest access A 2-minute walk away you have metro line 12 (Notre Dame de Lorette) which takes you to Montparnasse or directly to Boulevard Saint-Germain. 6 minutes away you have line 7 (Peletier) which will take you to Place du Châtelet near the docks. To park by car, as the spaces in Paris near the Butte Montmartre are very limited, I recommend the paid parking of Saint Georges which is located on Rue Clauzel. Other things to note I can be flexible with check-in and check-out times, let me know beforehand to see if I can arrange it or not. Please take care of this little place with personal belongings.
