The apartment has a really nice terrace accesible from the living room. As it is separated but glasses, this makes you feel in the middle of the garden when you are at home. From this terrace, you have Access to a large shared garden as you can see in the pictures The kitchen is fully equipped with washer- dryer and microwave. Both rooms have a double bed. There is high-speed wifi and flat screen TV . Guest access The property has a beautiful garden right in front of the apartment. It is a very quiet street and building, but at the same time very well connected since the bus to the city center is 3 minutes from the house and runs every 10 minutes. Other things to note Arrivals after 11 PM incur a surcharge of 30 euros. IT IS TOTALLY PROHIBITED TO MAKE NOISE LIKE THIS AFTER 12 AM.
