Very nice Villa referenced by the ODT 4* air-conditioned and modern 200 m² for 12 people, carefully decorated, located in a secure area a few minutes from the beaches of Calla Rossa, St Cyprien as well as the city center of Porto-Vecchio and the port. A secondary road allows you to avoid all the traffic jams of the summer. The Villa is very pleasant to stay in for adults and children alike (dormitory, games room, foosball table, TV), as well as swimming pool, relaxation areas, barbecue. Weekly rental The space Very nice 4* air-conditioned and modern 200 m² Villa decorated with care located in a secure area a few minutes from the beaches of Calla Rossa, St Cyprien (blue cabin) as well as the city center of Porto-Vecchio and the port. Access can be made by a secondary road (Restaurant Le Figuier) which avoids all the traffic jams of the summer. Many shops are within walking distance (Super U, Utile, fruit & vegetable merchant Chez Eva, Rotisserie and cooked dishes Chez Francky, restaurants Le Figuer and La Bocca...) The house accommodates up to 12 people and includes 5 bedrooms: 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms (160 cm bed), 1 air-conditioned master suite (160 cm bed) with dressing room, shower room and TV, 1 double bedroom (140 cm bed) that can be independent, 1 dormitory with 3 bunk beds (6 beds of 90 cm beds) and 1 sofa bed (140 cm) in a second living area with a second kitchen that can be independent, a very well-equipped games room, 4 bathrooms and several relaxation areas outside. The American kitchen is very functional, the games room is equipped with TV, XBOX, and foosball, books and board games for all ages... The swimming pool with balneotherapy area and counter-current swimming, heated out of season, is secured by an alarm and the deckchairs located on both sides will allow you absolute relaxation in a very pleasant space. Several green spaces allow everyone to choose to read in the shade of olive trees or play with children. A barbecue area is at your disposal. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels for €25/person/week. Cleaning is mandatory and costs €200 to be paid on arrival. A deposit check of €5000 not cashed will be returned to you in the month following your departure, possibility of transfer for foreigners. The enjoyment is family-oriented, so no party or noise nuisance will be possible. Someone on site will take care of welcoming you and will be at your disposal if necessary.
