Snowdonia cottage with great views & good food (2)

Secluded cottage in own grounds on edge of Snowdonia National Park. Wonderful views of coast/mountains. Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties and Castles and great walking/climbing. Upstairs room with double bed and separate private bathroom. The vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereal, yogurt and our own preserves, fruit, eggs and home made bread as well as other good food. Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie, vegan). The space The bedroom is on the 1st floor with separate guest bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The basic price is for a maximum of two people sharing one room with double bed. There is a second bedroom with an additional double bed which can be booked for an extra charge (see other listing 'Snowdonia Cottage with great views 4'). Guests have use of the garden and patio. We have a large and friendly German shepherd dog who likes people to play with him. Guest access Guests can access their bedroom, bathroom and conservatory and can wander through, or sit in, the large developing garden. Guests are welcome to use the patio and the BBQ. Breakfast is served in the conservatory with great views over the garden and over the sea to Puffin Island. Guests can also use the washing machine if necessary. During your stay We will normally be at home during the stay and can advise on activities and may be available to drive guests to and from the station and collect them from walks for a small charge to cover fuel. Other things to note We are in an elevated position with little light pollution and the stars on a cloudless night are wonderful. The house is only 2 miles form Zip World, the longest zip wire in Europe, and 8 miles from Llanberis the mountain climbing capital of Wales, with Snowdon, Llyn Padarn and its various water sports. We are 22 miles from Surf Snowdonia. We are 1 mile from National cycle route 82, within 2 miles of the Coast Path and have secure cycle storage.
